Barbie is an American-British film co-written and directed by Greta Gerwig, slated for release in 2023. It is based on the Mattel company's line of dolls of the same name, and is the first live-action production from the doll world after several animated feature films and television series. In my collection I have "Barbie in Plaid Matching Set". This collectible Barbie doll wears an impeccably coordinated three-piece plaid outfit. It's a look straight from the movie, down to her matching hat and pastel heels. Even her petticoat matches the plaid perfectly! and "Barbie in Pink Western Outfit". Inspired by the character's western outfit in Barbie The Movie, the doll wears a matching denim vest and flare jeans with a cowboy hat and boots.
