OOAK stands for "one of a kind," which is an acronym that is widely used on the Internet by artists who make original items such as jewelry, artist dolls, fashion dolls, reborn baby dolls, sculptures, and clothing. Repaints are also considered OOAK dolls, as their original face paint is removed by the artist, who then paints the doll in a realistic, fantasy, or celebrity facial style ensuring that they are truly one of a kind dolls.
